Novotel Rennes Alma

Absoluteley horrendous! They charged my card double, seriously? Eggs benedict served cold, a real travesty! Where's my complimentary welcome gift or upgrade for the trouble? I almost gave a good review, but the lack of any special treatment made it impossible. I would expect better from a so-called hotel.

The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient.

The location not far from the motorway is practical. The pool offers a welcome refreshment after the journey

The furniture is partly outdated, the light in the bathroom is insufficient.

The room was spacious with a comfortable sofa that easily accommodated our family of three. I loved the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for relaxation. The location near the shopping center made it easy to grab meals and explore local shops!

Very friendly staff. Everything very uncomplicated. Parking at the hotel. Very clean room. Good restaurant.

Breakfast buffet: cut bread without napkin. Everyone touches the bread with their hands. This is not possible.

Super, nice atmosphere. Very charming staff and you have many possibilities for children.

The pool filter was a little loud

The Novotel Rennes Alma impressed me with its luxurious and modern setup. Spacious room with comfortable bedding kept me well-rested. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with both hot and cold options sure to please anyone. Service from the staff was consistently friendly. The hotel's proximity to a shopping center made it easy to find meals and explore local shops. Breakfast organization left something to be desired. Clearing tables took too long, disrupting the flow for others looking to dine. Some areas outside seemed dated, needing a refreshing touch to match the vibrant interior.

The location was marvellous very close to a large shopping mall also called Alma * * * *.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very helpful and caring, location was magnificent close to a commercial centre. I asked for double room, it was functional and well-equipped. Good breakfast, best ever had, with a late meal😀👌

It was just a strong match for strolling in Rennes with good value. The parking right in front was super convenient after a long drive. Make sure to check for food options as availability might be limited late at night.

Restaurant by the swimming pool, very good bed with additional sofa.

We liked the location of this hotel with its good transport links to the city centre and convenient shopping centre. Breakfast in hotel was good. Helpful staff at breakfast.

Reception staff not very friendly. Valance sheet on bed soiled. Inadequate cleaning of bathroom. Hairdryer not functioning even after drawing attention to reception staff. Had to ask for towels for 3rd person in room. Checkout unclear that breakfast was included in our package. Bedroom corridor very shabby, especially carpet. Did not get room with double and 2 singles.(got double and sofa bed-uncomfortable for sofa bed user). Room very small. No lift to 1st floor a disadvantage when carrying heavy luggage.

I found the staff at Novotel Rennes Alma to be helpful and cute. The dining area was beautifully decorated, and I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast with a generous variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center.

Easy to find from leaving the motorway. Staff wre very friendly and when we had a problem with lights in the room they moved us to another room without any fuss. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food choice and quality was good.
